Mr Reggie the store manager really makes your experience spectacular. He is so incredibly kind, high energy and always so helpful! He does such a great job and I live on another side of town and prefer to go to this location just because of him.
For the most part, Dollar Trees are disorganized and register lines can be long. But they just brought in a new manager. His name is Reggie. Super nice guy and really friendly. Perhaps he'll be the Wild Card that brings about change.
Music blaring @ 5:30 11/17/27. Thought I was in a night club 😮. Maybe staff could turn down the music and clean up the store and put merchandise on shelves? Begger on sidewalk just outside of entrance added to the ambiance.
Just want to say I love all the locations that are here in Jacksonville but honestly this location had a lot of outs but D.T. Is always adding new merchandise and because of that I always find items that are impossible to find in bigger retailers so ...
Don’t care for the policy of leaving my bag at the door some people carry a super small Fanny pack or drawstring bag they ain’t looking to rob the place good god other then that everything in different places and the rudenesss of the lady at cashier
