Nashville's Dollar Tree, located across from SAMS Club, has garnered a mixed bag of reviews, highlighting both its strengths and areas needing improvement. With an overall rating of 3.8 out of 5 based on 363 reviews, shoppers rave about the store's affordability and variety of products. As one enthusiastic reviewer put it, 'New Items, Great Value' truly encapsulates the appeal of this one-stop shop for party supplies, cleaning products, and affordable office supplies.
However, the experience can be hit or miss. Several customers have pointed out the disarray within the store. One frustrated shopper lamented, 'Hardly any items out/stocked. Extremely messy.' Regional management where are you? This location is across from SAMS club and should be in way better shape than this. It's very very poor. Update : cleaner but still bare shelves
Terrible customer service, staff screaming at customers and making fun of them because they don't speak English.. Products not place on proper shelves and staff not honoring advertised prices. Definitely not my favorite place. I rather sit in traffic...
Hardly any items out/stocked. Extremely messy. Had to wait on a cashier and she was not nice. I wouldn't recommend.
The schedule says they open at 8, but it's always closed at that time. Everyone who works there seems to be forced to work; they always have a sour expression.
