5 mins till 9pm on Saturday (08/10/19) and your staff has already closed and locked their doors. Its sad that a national chain cannot stick to their posted hours. We sat here waiting till 9pm and saw 5 vehicles that stopped, got off and had to leave.
A new employee (she stated herself) was cussing out loud with a coworker while only 1 line was open, and the manager was in her office. Open a second register, please. I felt horrible for the senior citizens having to listen to such rudness and cuss ...
There is always a line here. There is also usually more than one personal hanging out, while the other 1 person holds down the register like a champ.
