The store is freezing. It's winter and there is no heat in the store. Absolutely ridiculous. Also a lot of items don't ring up with the price listed on the shelf.
Staff is usually friendly and greet you as you enter the store EXCEPT that girl that was working the other day!! I go in to buy the Caramel Macchiato 1/2 gal iced coffee, the shelf sticker says 3.95 when she rings it up it's 4.95 so I bring it to her...
