Editor's Review
Dollar General in Buffalo, NY, has garnered a rating of 3.9 out of 5 from 512 reviews, indicating a mix of experiences among its customers. A notable strength is its grocery section, which surprised many reviewers. As Etta-Anne Leedy remarked, 'Larger grocery section than I was expecting. I love the candy and snack variety.' This sentiment is echoed by those who appreciate the store as a convenient spot for snacks and beverages.
However, not all reviews paint a positive picture. Issues with cleanliness and organization frequently arise. Additionally, some customers express frustration with product availability and staffing levels. Sarah Nazzaro pointed out that the store often lacks essential items, saying, 'They barely have anything I need.' This inconsistency in stock can deter repeat visits.

They Stole money out of the bag my husband was told had to be left up at the front even though a few people walking around the store with bookbags.
This DG is one of the dirtiest mismanaged stores. Always boxes upon boxes of stuff blocking the aisles. The product shelves are a hot mess. It’s just plain dirty. And nothing like the cashier giving a sob story about having a 40 min walk home & don’t...
I wish this store had more to offer. Every time I come in they barely have anything I need. Probably in all the unopen shipment that hasn't been put away yet. They need to hire more people or better people if they plan on staying open any longer.
Whenever I'm bored and thirsty I take 5 bucks and go over there to get myself a drink and a bag of chips. That is my cornerstore. Although lines can get long and there is only 1 cashier most of the time.
