It's just not the same dollar store anymore. Nothing is a dollar. So I believe it's the wrong name for the store. But what I buy is of fair quality.
The most cheapest items didn't anymore nowhere priced from $1 dl.,up to $1.25, then nowhere gets up $1.50 mostly some ones $3.00 and $5.00 dls.
