Editor's Review
$ $ Dollar Store in Saint Paul, MN, has carved out a niche for itself as a go-to spot for budget-friendly finds. With an overall rating of 4.0/5 based on 13 reviews, the store tends to attract mixed feelings from its customers. On the bright side, many appreciate the variety of useful items available, as Maria O. King highlighted, saying, 'They had cute things that are useful.'
However, not all experiences are rosy. Some customers, like Steve Gjerdingen, noted that the store could be useful if you live nearby but pointed out, 'I prefer Dollar Tree due to the greater stock selection and more competitive prices.' That sentiment pops up often, while shoppers love the cute bags and friendly service, they're also aware that the stock can be limited, especially in the food department.
Employee behavior is another point of contention. Pancake gamer 101 mentioned rudeness toward kids, which is concerning for a family-friendly environment. On the flip side, Leyya Mohammed praised a multilingual cashier for creating a welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear that while $ $ Dollar Store has its strengths, improving customer service could be a significant area for growth.

They had cute things that are useful. I know they're updating a few things so hours have been different, but if you need something while you're in the shopping center try this spot. They have cute bags you could use if you're using the laundromat nea...
Could potentially be useful if you live near here and have no bike, car, bus-money, etc. I prefer Dollar Tree due to the greater stock selection and more competitive prices. Not a lot of food items. Hours tend to vary.
The reason why I’m giving this to because the employees were rude a lot of stuff for cheap that’s the best part but ploys are still rude to kids don’t know how to treat kids but OK
